Organic Black Assam

This tea is grown by one pioneering farmer called Pallabjyoti Nath, who was the first farmer from the Assam region to pluck and process the tea without the help of external large plantations. Nath processes his tea by hand with his family on a small 7 acre farm. Peerie Tea sell his first flush tea, which has a very clean and sweet taste with a prominent fruity, cherry-drop like flavour and woody/spicy notes in the background.
