Ancient Baked Heart

This rare tea is grown at elevations between 1,800 – 2,200 m high on Wu Liang Mountain in Yunnan, China, which is blessed with year-round sunshine. This farmer’s ancestors planted some very special ancient tea trees and developed a secret method of processing the tea which has been passed down for generations. The tea is then sundried and hand-rolled using a traditional method, which has remained a family secret for generations. This method ensures that the teas are grown in an organic manner that helps to preserve the environment. The tea has a medium body with notes of toasted rice and wild flowers.
